POLYTEC SPORTS DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

Delivery

All orders incur a flat fee of $15.90 or $19.90 (for orders over $500 ex.gst)*
*This applies Australia wide, with the exception of regions classifed as remote by our freight carrier. We will notify customers when their delivery address falls within the remote regions.
International purchases are accepted however delivery will be quoted on a case by case basis.

Exchange

If you simply change your mind on a purchase, you must notify Polytec in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and if the goods are unused and in their original packaging, they can be returned and exchanged for goods of your choice (to the same value). In this case, the cost of return freight will be at the customer’s expense, and a redelivery fee will be charged for delivery of the replacement goods.

Refund

If a product suffers a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, you must notify Polytec of the fault in detail, and Polytec will at their discretion either replace or refund the cost of the goods. In the case of a refund, Polytec may require for the faulty goods to be returned. In this case, the cost of return freight will be at Polytec’s expense.
